Nothing loading on front page (Chrome and Firefox)
When I go to the Swagbucks site, none of the offers on the frontpage are loading. The sidebar loads fine, and so does the top bar; the Swagcode box won't activate though. When I go to Sponsored Videos directly, it will show Laptop Guy, Best of the Web, and Tour the Web, but clicking on them does nothing. I tried right clicking and they don't bring up regular options like "Open in a new tab", but instead just give me copy/paste options. Ncraves work fine, though.
Not sure what to do to fix this, and I hadn't seen anyone posting about the issue on here. The site seems to be dead on both Chrome and Firefox, clearing cookies didn't do anything. It's really impacting my ability to earn today.
Edit: Inbox says I have 12 messages, and the top bar that shows Expiration/Subject/etc. will load, no messages show up.

What do you do when you get app-crashing ads every other video on mobile?
Is there anything to do other than wait it out? The past couple days I get ads that either crash the app or need to be X'd out of. It's happening so frequently that mobile is hardly worth running at this point.

My wife has recently gotten into Swagbucks
I've referred her. She currently just does it at work, I've heard about people getting banned for referring their family members. Swagbucks website says that we specifically can even if we live in the same household. Would she be ok to come home and do it from home? She'd use her computer (I've logged into it before but don't use it much). I've got over 300 referrals and I would really like to not get banned. We're not doing anything shady, but she wants to get some side money like I'm getting. hi all,
i know in the past sometimes a campaign would have "bad ads" that would mess everyone up for maybe a few days until they ran their course,
but i have been experiencing "x out ads" that stop the play of videos, after NEARLY EVERY VIDEO, and making it extremely difficult to earn even 2sb -
for maybe a week now -
is this happening to any of you too?
and i am scared that sbtv is no longer going to be passive... (if they try that ...i won't do it any more...)

If you've linked a cc to SB's local app or their site keep eye out for unauthorized charges.
From FB posts, it appears that some members who linked a cc to SB's local app have had unauthorized charges made to their cc accounts. Any cc or debit card linked to the local app is also linked to SB's web page and deleting such card from the local app may not automatically delete it from SB's page. Just keep track of charges to any cc account you have linked to SB.

Something went wrong with my phone and I had to reset it and download all my apps again. I was able to download all the video apps, but not the main Swagbucks Mobile and Swagbucks Watch app. They are not in the Apple app store when I search for them. Anyone know why??

Tiling Chrome instances for nCraves requiring mouse for max productivity
Like many others here, I've been using Windows shortcuts to move to other browser tabs/windows while nCraves requiring mouse control are running but still found it to be cumbersome while trying to actively work in a productive manner in multiple windows on two screens with one computer at the same time.
Thought I would mention this trick in case anyone out there hasn't already figured it out or is new to SB. I've only tried it in Windows 10 but believe it would work on previous versions or a Mac as well.
- Open two or more separate Chrome instances (same or different users)
- Place the nCrave window requiring the mouse on the bottom (maximize full screen)
- Tile or layer windows that you want full access to on top (recommend that you place them to the right of the check marks and counter so you can see what's going on)
This will allow you to do anything you want in the top windows while the clock is still counting down in the window below. This is especially good if you want to be able to advance a watch video after it's been checked but don't want to interrupt the nCrave.
NOTE: If you move your mouse out of these active windows to other windows that are not on top of the nCrave one, it will stop the nCrave. You have to keep the pointer somewhere in the top windows or the nCrave tab to keep if flowing. For example, I use two screens- I take one of the windows that I want to use on monitor #2 and tile it about a cm on top of the nCrave on monitor #1 and stretch it out on #2 using Windows extend display feature. That way the window is still technically on top of nCrave but 95% is showing on #2.
Hope this helps someone out there make more SB and still get a lot of work done!

Quick question about Lifescript offers?
It seems as though I am only able to get credit for one offer per day. After that, there is nothing I can do to receive credit. I've tried icognito on chrome, installing the vanilla extension and whitelisting *.swagbucks.com, and clearing history, sometimes using cc cleaner as well. Is there a car rental service through SB?
Hello, all. Going to rent a car for a trip and was just wondering if anyone has seen any deals to get SB back. Trying to take advantage of that since I'm going to be spending anyway.
Usually go with enterprise, but would be open to other services. Also, not sure if it matters, but I'd be renting from NJ near manhattan. Jersey City.

RevU YourSurveys blank?
I've been doing these for about a year now but have started having problems with their 'Quality Points'. At my peak I was over 300 but lately they've started hitting me with 20point penalties on a fairly regular basis (for those who don't know, other than getting SB's you get 1 single 'Quality Point' for a successful survey but -20 if they think you've done something wrong!).
The reasons they give are often either doing a survey too quickly or 'not paying attention', whatever that means. I always do surveys to the best of my ability and don't give false info but for the last few days there have been no surveys at all and just a blank page where the surveys used to be. I have been sending them messages telling them I think the system is unfair and that they're taking my points away for no reason then suddenly I've no longer got any surveys at all.
Is anyone else seeing this or have I been banned?

Having trouble getting in contact with support

Daily Goal question
Well, its a simple question, i believe. Last 3 days, my Daily goal increased from 30, to 96, then to 102, and now to 112. I've been lucky enough to actually manage to hit both goals (being the second at 280 yesterday, and today as well), but it just keeps going up and up. Can someone explain how does it work? Is it just reaching the second goal that increases the goal, or is it something else? Thanks in advance :)

What do you guys think about the ChildFund offer?
Was on the front page for me, it's $33/month but if you donate for 6 months you get 16,000 SB ($160). The net loss would be $38 total, or around $6.33/month, and they seem to have a decent reputation - the only drawback is apparently the monthly SB can be held for an additional 45 days.
I could probably cover this each month through a few beermoney sites, but I'm not sure if it would be actually worth it, so thought I would check in and see if anyone has done this yet

Can I earn SB from a friend's purchases?
I have a friend who is constantly shopping on amazon, to earn SB from his purchases do I need to log in on his computer or is there simply a link I can send him through?

How can I maximize my potential Swagbucks earnings while planning a family vacation to Disneyland?
The situation: My in-laws are paying for us to all go to Disneyland later this year and agreed to let me order the hotel, rental car and tickets through my Swagbucks account. The goal is to use the earned Swagbucks to order clothes and souvenirs for the kids in advance (because buying that stuff at the actual park is only for rich people and professional athletes).
My question is this: What is the best way to do this using current offers so I can maximize our earned Swagbucks? Any suggestions and advice is appreciated!
An added complication to keep in mind: They want us to all stay at a specific hotel which I am not seeing offered on any of the Swagbucks offer travel sites (Park Vue Inn). Is there a way to make the reservations directly through the hotel website and still earn Swagbucks? Maybe using a gift card?

Invoke panel survey stuck?
I think I just completed a 3500 SB scheduled panel survey that lasted 90 minutes. The last question asked if I'd be interested in participating in a similar survey in the future. I submitted my answer, and nothing happened for the last 15 minutes.
Out of frustration, I tried refreshing the page (I know, normally a bad thing to do during a survey) and now it just says "Thanks for answering. Hold tight until everyone else catches up."
I don't expect this survey to pay out for approximately 10 more weeks, according to the email invitation. I'm just starting to wonder how much longer I need to leave that browser window open. Did anyone else get stuck at the end like I did?
Edit: After waiting about 90 minutes, I just got an email message from Invoke confirming I had completed the survey panel and that the reward would be handled by Swagbucks.

Mouse over page issue
Is it just me or are nCraves being insanely particular? I have to keep the mouse on the exact right place AND it still keeps stopping the timer. Forget the old alt-tab away trick. I can't even get it to run when the mouse is literally hovering over the timer.

$100 Visa expires in 6 months, not 12
I've ordered one of these $100 Visa cards almost every month for the past two years, and they've always expired 12 months after I received them. However, the card I received today expires in only 6 months.
I doubt anyone keeps these cards around for more than 6 months, but I just thought I'd share this so other users can keep an eye on their expiration dates.

Misleading Surveys
Most surveys, if not all, that I've taken have always gone over the recommended survey taking time. For example: a 10 minute survey clock into about 25 minutes. Just makes me wonder if the people behind the creation of these surveys ever even test them.

Does anyone think these team challenges are rigged?
Just a thought... If the teams are randomly generated, how do they almost always manage to be so close? There is currently only a difference of 1.15% between the top and bottom teams. It would be difficult to make 3 teams so evenly matched if you tried, let alone by chance. Just some food for thought.

This is showing up on all the playlists except the last two... anyone know how to fix? It's been working fine up until today.
UPDATE: found the problem if anyone else is having this. If you're using chrome go to about:plugins and make sure flash is enabled. :)

Got double credited for the Hulu bonus, was honest
I emailed Swag support in order to receive my 2,000 Hulu bonus and they weren't responding. And I read you should directly contact the one who offered it (Peanut Labs, TrialPay, etc) because it's faster. So I did that.
Now both have credited me 2,000.
I emailed swagbucks back and was honest about it.
Thought about keeping it but I'd rather not risk losing my account.

Just took the worst survey ever
There was a 15 minutes, 75 SB survey listed. It told me at the beginning to be patient with the survey. It was mostly about TV shows, what I watch, what stations, hours, etc. It was the most thorough survey ever because it went into even more detailed information on other subjects after doing the TV part.
What killed me was that half way through I knew they'd tell me I'd be disqualified or over capacity after taking all this time. This 15 minute survey really took over half an hour, maybe 45 minutes and in the end it told me they hit max capacity. I hate this BS because you know they're lying and just don't want to pay out.
Yes, I submitted a ticket and expect to be reimbursed but I'm just so mad for wasting my time on this extraordinarily long survey just to get kicked out after filling out the entire survey and then not hit my second goal for the day.

Wow, its just been getting hard and harder to earn.
I just started in january and had an amazing first week (2200 SB) because of watching on the mobile app and surveys. Now as the days keep going on im getting denied from more and more surveys, while my mobile apps now get stuck on a big play arrow ad. I've earned about 600 SB in the last week, which is a lot less than before. Did I just get lucky in that first week, or am I just getting really unlucky now? Swagbucks videos not working?
A while ago the ncrave videos stopped working for me after quite a few times of watching the playlists but they were still showing on the page, so I ended up just watching the normal playlists. Ive been watching the playlists for a while and all of a sudden when I tried watching another playlist it said unavailable "Sorry this offer is currently unavailable" I deleted all my cookies, tried reseting the internet, tried closing and opening my browser and nothing is working. Is it the site or what is going on? very frustrating since I cant even do that much surveys. Now Ncrave playlists are working again and the normal watch playlists are not.

Weird - 60 SB survey completed after demographic questions
I started survey SSI1478211 which was supposed to be 5 minutes long (I figured it would be the Poprewards one, but it was different). I've been getting a lot of one-point videos over at RadiumOne (Discover-->Offers From Our Trusted Partners-->RadiumOne, sort by Low Payout to High) which deal with MS and a few other diseases. Click to open the page, which will start playing a video and have a couple of pharmaceutical ads. You can open up multiple videos at once, and you don't have to actively do stuff in the tab (just stay there long enough to confirm that the video starts....if no video loads, it will not credit and is a dud link). Keep the video-playing tabs open until they credit (about 2 min later). Today I got 17SB from these guys. Try estories free trial now appearing on Radium One after disappearing from PL--payout is much lower at 197 SB
Radium One says all rewards will be revoked if you cancel before the end of the free trial. Does anyone have experience with Radium One to know if they're strict about revoking? In the past, PL hasn't revoked points for trial offers cancelled early, despite warnings that it would. I'm not impressed with the collection of audiobooks and don't plan on spending almost $12 for one month's access (you can cancel and aren't locked in to an annual subscription).

Favourite's section in Mobile will not play
Whenever I load up any video in Favourites section of SBTV or any other SB app excluding EntertaiNow TV the favourites will load the video for about twenty seconds with the blue spinning circle then stop loading and leave it on a black page. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app, deleting my data and cache, logging out and in, and trying it for multiple different days and still no solution. If anyone know's what's up, please let me know. I'm running 6.0.1 on Android. Side note - I tried it on my girlfriend's iPhone and it worked so any suggestions I will try. Please and Thank You

Anyone Do The Red Robin Survey?
It was for 44pts and after it qualified me it asked if I'd be willing to look at web pages with my microphone on so they could record it. I was to read everything aloud and then give my opinion aloud, as well as answering the questions that popped up. (This was after installing their extension which allowed them to see my desktop and how I was browsing the page.)
I thought that was BS for 44pts, but it said 'if' they were happy with the quality of the recording (and something like if it was usable) I'd get a PayPal for $10. So I entered my email and did the task, and then it just ended and I haven't heard anything.
Did anyone else do this, and if so did you get the $10?
P.S. Even though I'm sandboxed and I immediately removed the extension and disabled my mic, I'm paranoid as hell they're still listening. lol

Is Peanut Labs support worthless?
I did a PL survey the other day that said it would take 5 minutes and took about 25. Not only was I annoyed they lied about the time, but it was one of worst surveys I've ever taken, just painful, annoying questions about way too many different topics. Of course when I finally complete it, it doesn't credit, I contact PL support and they tell me too bad, they can't verify completion with their survey provider. I even have a screenshot, but they don't care. Hopefully SB support will give me credit. I am done with PL surveys after this.

Walkind dead survey

URGENT: Have been receiving inactivity warning emails for the past 4 days, possible phishing attempt.
Due to the past 5 weeks or so being as dry as the Sahara, I took a vacation from Swagbucks entirely. Beginning 4 days ago, these really scary warning emails from the same address I receive Swagbucks communications usually have been appearing in my inbox.
The name of the sender is "Your friends at Swagbucks" and the (most recent) subject is: FINAL NOTICE: Your account needs attention. The email says "to keep your account active, visit Swagbucks and earn SB!" It provides some hyperlinks that may be phish, and I earned some Swagbucks by logging in separate from the link.
The sender is email@swagbucksemail.com , which seems to be the address used in official emails about offers and such. I am truly scared, because since the very first email I went on my account and earned SB to stop my balance from being erased. Please help, is this fake? I thought it's 6 months for an account to be shut down?
Forgot to add: Even after earning some SB each time a new email appeared, nothing seems to have changed. I hope this is a bug and not serious, because I was always a loyal user.

Must play til HQ is level 10. It credited immediately upon hitting that level, for me.
I had a free $5 saved up in Google Play credit from their survey system, so I used that to buy the starter pack in game. This let me basically "quick-buy" my way to the level 10 HQ goal.
So even if you don't have free google play credit, you can spend $5 of your own money and stock up on gold in game, and just use that to buy your way through the requirements pretty quickly once you understand how the game works.
So you net 200 SB, or it would probably take about a week of playing the game otherwise, if you didn't want to put any monetary investment up front.

I only saw these on swagbucks once, BUT they are running really well (very passive) for 75 cents to a dollar for me on instagc. I would suggest those of you who are earnings challenged to add instagc in addition to swagbucks they complement each other well. If you don't want to do that keep an eye on offer toro on swagbucks to see if it returns to that venue. Like I said it is a good money maker recently with little work.

Account deactivated after winning $10 from swagstakes?
So I recently needed to get a book to do art, but it was too expensive for me to afford($30 about). 1 or 2 days ago, I decided to restart my swagbucks account and try to make money for the book, I stupidly(because chances) went ahead and thought "Hey, I have a 25% chance of winning $3 and 4.4444...% of winning $10 in amazon gift, that's a 29.444...% of winning a GC".
Surprisingly, I actually won a $10 gift card! I was super stoked! Already 1/3 the way there in a day! However, today I logged in today "Your account was deactivated." ??? This type of action is sickening, I payed my swag bucks and so did everyone else for the swagstakes, then you suspend my account? Swagbucks got everyone to pay $10 worth of swagbucks for a raffle and then they take it back from the winner.
I understand if I was breaking rules or something, but atleast give me a message instead of deactivating so we can try to resolve this. Even if you take away my swagbucks for suspicious behavior, atleast let me still use it.
TL;DR Swagbucks takes my swagbucks and everyone elses for swagstake, I win, closes my account.

Didn't get SB for Game of War: Fire Age - what do i do about this?
In my swagbucks inbox i got an offer to play game of war and get to level 5 for 150 SB, so i clicked on the link they sent me, downloaded the game on my phone and got to level 5. That was 2 hours ago and I still don't have SB.
I restarted my phone, even got to level 6 1/2 in the game and nothing happened.
What do i do?

Anyone else having issues with Daily Goal not resetting?
I was just a bit past my first goal for yesterday when I logged on around half an hour before reset. I caught a survey for a small chunk of SB and scrambled around trying to hit my second goal. I did another survey but it ended just a few minutes past reset. However it showed me a few SB under and still time to earn (I think it said 23 hours, like it had reset).
Confused but curious, I did some Discovery offers real quick. I'm now above the 2nd goal, it says 2/6 at the top (by Daily Goal), and 23:44 hours left. This hasn't happened to me before so I'm a little baffled.

Best Tax Offer
Has anyone figured out what the best tax offer is on Swagbucks? I have seen several on various walls for different amounts but haven't investigated yet. TurboTax is the only one I have used in the past but would consider trying another online filing company if the reward is worth it.
