I did a PL survey the other day that said it would take 5 minutes and took about 25. Not only was I annoyed they lied about the time, but it was one of worst surveys I've ever taken, just painful, annoying questions about way too many different topics. Of course when I finally complete it, it doesn't credit, I contact PL support and they tell me too bad, they can't verify completion with their survey provider. I even have a screenshot, but they don't care. Hopefully SB support will give me credit. I am done with PL surveys after this.
