I'm missing HUGE shop & earn points for a vacation I took and sent the confirmation info about 12 days ago and have heard nothing back and my account still has not credited for my purchases. Is anybody else having trouble hearing back from them? Do I send another submission?
My Amazon rewards card request from 2/8 still has not come through either. This is seeming ridiculous. I've been with them over 5 years and have never seen it like this. Anyone else?
**edited to add that what I am referring to is not a credit of travel shop & earn but to prove that I actually purchased items. I sent proof of my purchase & still have not heard anything in 12 days (I know that actual crediting takes months)
