I've been doing these for about a year now but have started having problems with their 'Quality Points'. At my peak I was over 300 but lately they've started hitting me with 20point penalties on a fairly regular basis (for those who don't know, other than getting SB's you get 1 single 'Quality Point' for a successful survey but -20 if they think you've done something wrong!).
The reasons they give are often either doing a survey too quickly or 'not paying attention', whatever that means. I always do surveys to the best of my ability and don't give false info but for the last few days there have been no surveys at all and just a blank page where the surveys used to be. I have been sending them messages telling them I think the system is unfair and that they're taking my points away for no reason then suddenly I've no longer got any surveys at all.
Is anyone else seeing this or have I been banned?
