The sign-up is for the subscription service, and your swag bucks may be revoked if you cancel during the free trial.
That is a rare possibility, but not impossible. BUT, This is a dotcom startup, in the cash burning stage. They have a customer acquisition model (and name recognition) and they're spending money to get it. I'd bet on no revoking any day and twice on Sundays.

The membership is only $8.95 a month so you could turn this into a net $38 deal for absolutely sure by allowing the charge for monthly membership (not canceling during the free trial). The "shipping" subscription is different then a membership, you can't get the subscription without having a membership already.
$8.95/mo get you access to ordering, you can't order anything without a membership. $85 a year for the curious.

Munchery actively promote sending food as gifts and I could use a pick me up.
PS in the early days of the Internet everybody had their address and phone numbers available, nothing bad happened. I've used my real address with swagbucks bottom feeder predatory monsters... I trust you guys more than them.
