Sent a ticket support about not receiving my gift cards, got an automated reply. What should I do now?

It has been way more than 10 business days, so I decided to submit a ticket just now. But literally the minute I submitted I got an email saying:

Thank you for your email and sorry for the confusion. Once your order is verified, it may take up to 10 business days to be processed and delivered to you, http://ift.tt/2lHcCix.

Please keep in mind that business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Thanks a lot Sawgbuck, tell me something I don't know.

So now how can I get this issue resolved, where/who should I contact.

Has anyone experienced this too?
