Swago Teleflora Box Not Highlighting

For some reason the Teleflora box is not highlighting for me. Anyone else have the same issue? I tried to submit a support request, but something must be fubar with either support or my account, because I get an error when I submit about Swag user name cannot be blank, but there is no fill in for that when I select the promotions and Swago categories.
