This was under my Discover tab for Peanut Labs, second offer on my page. 153 SB, simply enter your information, then on the third page (you enter info on the first and second pages) there will be a list of "surveys" which are just those 1 SB PeanutLab/RadiumOne quizzes. Take them to question 5 or further and the offer should credit. It says you MUST take all the surveys past question 5 but I didn't even open them all before it credited. Credited within minutes.
