Bonus $5 for signing up?

Hi reddit!

Recently I signed up to Swagbucks and have earned the 2,500 SB amount (in less than two weeks) to receive the bonus $5 for reaching that amount in less than 60 days. I have repeatedly contacted customer support and have looked all over the website to find out when the $5 will be posted to my account. And have heard nothing back from support or found anything outside of the "must be in 60 days or less".

If anyone has any information on this matter it would appreciated and I apologize if this is somewhat of a petty or noob question.
