Survey through mail containing $5 bill

I've seen some odd things on swagbucks but this might top it. I will not say what company it was because I'm sure it violates something I agreed to. I got a pamphlet in the mail asking to send back answers to some standard survey questions. Enclosed was the pamphlet, a return envelope and a $5 bill. Has anyone else ever received something like this? I do so many surveys/survey panels its hard to remember when I may have signed up for it. I try to keep track of SB but never expect to get actual cash in the mail lol
