Shop and Earn tends to not work for me, despite making sure that I'm not using Adblock or anything that would interfere with it working properly. I always get a trip ID, but the purchase never shows up.
After sending in a few help requests, I basically made a template that I just have to fill in with the relevant information. Since I started using this template, Swagbucks changed their support form so it asks for all the information, but it's also good to have it written down in your message to them, so the customer support agent can just read through it.
I figured I'd share it with the community here, because it's worked very well for me, and the people I've shared it with. Just fill in the "XXX" sections with the appropriate information. I like using "XXX" because I can CTRL+F my message before sending it to them, to make sure that I didn't miss anything.

I completed a purchase using Swagbucks Shop and Earn on XXX's website on the date XXX. My trip ID was XXX. I used the appropriate link on Swagbucks' site to be directed to XXX's website, and completed my purchase there. The total for my purchase was XXX. At XXX SB per dollar, that comes out to XXX SB that should be pending for my order. The issue is that this is not listed on the "My Shop and Earn" page.
I have attached a screenshot of the email confirmation I received from XXX. I would really appreciate it if you would ensure that the XXX SB I have earned will be credited to my account for my purchase. If you need any other information from me, please let me know.
