Took me a second to find this so I thought I'd share it here to possibly help some of you guys too. Your Team Challenge bonus will not be paid out as normal SB, but instead a 'Swag Up rebate', which gives you a certain amount of SB back when you redeem for a gift card.
You can find it by hovering over your profile picture on any Swagbucks webpage, then clicking 'My Swag Ups'. It looks like this: http://ift.tt/1UnLHCb
It does have an expiry date (mine is one month from now, so March 25th) so make sure you redeem within the next month to use it.
