Swagbucks rules for referrals

I think I did some thing really stupid! I read a link in an update that allows 2 accounts per household with same IP. It said you could refer family members. My daughter wants to do Swagbucks so I sent her a referral. Well I am reading posts on here that say if you refer a family member swagbucks will ban your account! I told my daughter not to accept the referral until I figured out what to do? Also can we share devices? Like using same laptop? If i let her use one of my wifi phones can i just Uninstall the swag apps and then just let her reinstall them on her account? Can someone please give me some advice? Thanks
