I had a $50 arco giftcard that shipped on 10/31 and still haven't received it, even though it is past the 10 business day window. I tried submitting a ticket, but all I get is a generated response about waiting 10 days. Is there a way to find out the status of this card or to get customer service to do anything about it? Thanks for any help you can provide.
