I submitted a ticket for the Shell Rewards offer, as it was credited for others immediately and hadn't credited for about ten minutes. I received a near immediate response from Daniel rewarding me full credit - only 15 minutes after completing the offer! Just wanted to share in case this bodes well for any submitted tickets today.
