Pretty sure support didn't even read my ticket

I finished a survey and got DQ'd at the last question. Sent in a screenshot with the progress bar showing at 100%. Got a support message back with some canned response about how "sometimes you just get disqualified halfway through" and nothing can be done. How is 100% "halfway through"? I'm just glad it wasn't a high value survey.
