I was genuinely interested in the Shudder trial as I am very familiar with streaming services such as Netflix and HBOGO. However, when I decided I didn't like it, the process of cancelling my payments was an endless loop. The page never updates when I go back to it; it thinks I never cancelled to begin with.
I signed up with a credit card that only has a few cents on it and if I can't unsubscribe I will suffer a $35.00 overdraft fee.
I can't believe that a seemingly well established site like Shudder doesn't allow customers to cancel when they want to without hassle. I will not be returning to Shudder.
