"Your ticket has been escalated to the Compliance team"

I put in 2 tickets about surveys today, one was for 80sb which I took today and one was for 1500sb which I took just over 6 weeks ago and didn't pay out in the 4-6 week timeline I was given.

Just had this response to both tickets. Should I be worried? Is my account about to be suspended? Or am I going to lose access to support? Or is this normal for high value tickets?
