I got two of them, both redeemed at http://ift.tt/1xkUo1V but every time I try to make a purchase it just declines it. I've tried Amazon, Steam, Paypal donation... nothing works. Is there a way to convert them into Amazon balance? Or Paypal balance? Or is there a way to combine them into a $10 card? Right now I cannot use it for ANYTHING. WHAT A SCAM.
I tried donating $5 to myself and it says "$6.95 INSUFFICIENT CREDIT". I dropped the number down to $3 and it still gives me the same error. Even when purchasing something that costs less than $5 it gets declined.
