Please read this through if you were considering the SugarSync offer for 320SB on TrialPay.
I signed up for the online storage with my details, including credit card. Right after you give them your cc, you can download the program. The offer stated it credits after sign up, which it did not.
Today, I decided I wasn't going to risk getting charged and went to cancel the subscription. Come to find out, in order to cancel your account you actually have to talk to someone on chat or phone.
Unbelievable that companies are allowed to obstruct unsubscribing. I look at companies like Netflix and wish that everybody made it that easy to cancel. I think I'll pass on these "trials" from here on out.
