Question about Stealth Codes
I don't think I completely understand stealth codes. Will they be announced the same way as normal codes but everyone will just have a different code with different letters at the end? Or are they like search wins where they are not announced and can pop up at random?

So many help tickets
I conscientiously take a screenshot at the end of every survey I complete and take note of the survey number, because at least 1/4 of them don't credit, so that I can submit a help ticket. I have to do the same with most offers I complete downloading mobile apps. I try not to have more than 1 or 2 help tickets active at the same time. However, it makes me nervous that I have to submit so many help tickets. Does anyone know if this will get my account flagged, even though it's done in good conscience and ONLY with offers that I've completed? I know some people's approach is just not to ever submit anything at all, but that seems like a greater waste of my time and unfair to Swagbucks, who needs to know if surveys and offers are glitching out.
Also, for what it's worth, I haven't once been denied credit and have had great experiences with customer service.

Anyone else having trouble with SB Watch today?
I've only managed to get credited 12 SB from the Watch playlists today because Flash player is constantly crashing.
I usually get at least around 70 - 80 SB each day from it which is just enough to meet my current 2nd daily goal with the 300 or so I get from nCrave but I'm probably not going to meet today's goal due to this crashing issue..
Are there any tips to making Flash less unstable? I'm using Chrome which seems notorious for being terrible at running Flash apps.

Data Point: Yahoo "Google" searches have made me big SB.
I've probably hit 40-50 points in the last few days in the weirdest way. I have SB Button/Search setup on Chrome, but Yahoo is a rather terrible search engine and thus use Google when I'm trying to find something more specific.
Searching for "Google News" or "Google Images" or "Google Maps" has given me a ton of SB lately....Kind of bizarre.

Question about daily goals
my daily goals have been steadily increasing since I joined swagbucks a month ago. I have made my daily goal everyday and have only made the second goal once, but it keeps increasing. These past few weeks it has increased twice even though I never accomplish more than the first goal. But today, I got to the first goal early so I was thinking since all of those watch and earn videos expire today, I was thinking about going for the second goal. Will that increase my first goal? Or since my 1st goal has been going up anyway does it matter?

Need A Temporary Address Change..Help?
Due to some circumstances I won't get into, I need to change my address because I'll be staying elsewhere for a few months. I'm trying to cash in the Visa Card, but obviously the address I'll be staying at is different from the one of my permanent residence (different state). How do I explain this to Swagbucks so I can get my reward? I don't want to violate anything and put my account in jeopardy.
Is It okay to change my address to a PO box?
I just think that the site may think its fishy if my address changes since I'm a new user.

Gift Card question
I've only ever cashed out with paypal (never had any issues) and told myself I would never cash out onto a gift card until there was one I wanted in the specials section.
With that said, there's one I want! I know they don't mail you a card, they email you a code (I believe). Can I use that code in store or just on the store's website?

What can I do to get compensated for a survey that cut me off half way thru?
I was just doing a survey for Rideshare that would award me 250SB. In the middle of the survey over 50% the survey just cut out and I got a message saying "We've hit max capacity..."
I took screen shots of the survey saying it would pay 250SB, and I took screen shots of being close to 50% complete.
Is there anything I can do or someone I can contact from Swagbucks?

I might have to quit SB after this bullshit.

No ncraves since changing Comcast connection and modem.
I have tried clearing cache, cookies, new browsers and even installing Ubuntu.
The only change I can think of is my Comcast connection because the contract expired. I got a new plan. Also, I installed my own modem with this connection. I got this connection Saturday morning.
Since the change to this Comcast connection, I have been getting 0 ncraves. Some of the Watch playlists say I am using a bot.

I'm trying to submit a help request (Texture app frontpage offer for 200 sb isn't crediting, I have proof I did it, attached it, answered all the questions) and instead of submitting, the page just refreshes. Is there something obvious I'm missing? Or is this a regular thing?

Should I just cash in my Swago?
I always forget about Swag Codes until about 3:30 EST. Which is about half an hour after they expire, almost reliably. All I have left to do before I can cash in the border is to redeem a swag code on the mobile app...

Ngage not crediting anymore
anyone else notice this? 3SB version credited once today and the 2SB none. I noticed nothing but the 2SB version crediting yesterday and none of the 3SB. What's going on?

Problems cashing out into PayPal anyone?
I've cash out into PayPal 3 times now, never had an issue. This morning I got an email saying the card I had cashed out awhile ago was ready. I followed the link, said it was credit to my account automatically, but the money still isn't there. It's been about 10 hours.
Is there something up with the system or what? I've check & double checked my info to make sure everything was right. Anyone else have this issue? Figured it'd be better to ask here first before attempting to go through SwagBucks customer support. Thanks for any help.

Alerts on Swag Codes Through Smartphone
Hi everyone,
I was wondering if anyone knew of a surefire way to get Swag Code alerts on your phone, either through e-mail or text. I have the Swagbucks app installed on my phone, and it works fine in general, but long story short, I have a Blackberry Passport SE, and so the app is not able to give me proper alerts at this time.
But I searched the forum and found a post made some time ago regarding the IFTTT recipes for Swag Codes. I signed up for the two recipes that I found available, but it didn't work, and I didn't get any alerts on the most recent Swag Code that came out this afternoon. :(
So, I was wondering if anyone had any other good tips as to how I can get Swag Code alerts on my phone either via text or e-mail. If anyone can give any great advice on this, I'd be terribly grateful! Thanks!!!

What percentage of your total SB comes from what?
To find this, you can go to Full History under My SB, and when you change categories it also updates in the counts on the right how much of your total SB was made up of that category.

Just did a front page survey for 20min/80sbs and it was actually working so I completed the first 30 minute half and was greeted with "ready for part 2 thats 30 minutes also" and I was like WTF really I mean really?!?!?!? but I bit the bullet and finished that too. got a finished screen for a second and got redirected to a new 15 minute survey. Didnt get credited and the best part is that I dont have ledger proof of the survey since it redirected and couldnt take a screenshot of the completed screen. So if you get a 30 minute first part survey dont bother with it.

Is it worth trying this?
I've seen that these third party providers (PeanutLabs, Adgate, etc) offer dozens of pages of nominally free and high-paying offers. I also know from personally trying a few of them that they rarely pay out. So, would it be worth it to do all of them, perhaps spaced out over time, and submit a ticket for each one that doesn't pay? Or would that just annoy Swagbucks into banning me?

Survey Hits Max Participants..?
So I'm pretty new to SB and I'm getting the hang of it..BUT I have noticed that a lot of the time I am kicked out of surveys after they hit max capacity..by this time I've already hit the start button and presumably should be in right? I sometimes am already in the answering process when the next question will load only to go back to the Gold Survey Page. It will show that red bar with that "you've hit max capacity limit" and I don't even get any SB for time spent.

I listen to their radio while I work, and every half an hour, I enter a captcha code. There's nothing fishy about my IP address, nor are my visiting patterns "suspicious." I work from home and I use a timer to let me know when the half hour is up. I listen to the music from my headphones, which are plugged into my CPU. I don't run other offers. I don't watch Swag TV or whatever it's called. RadioLoyalty is the sole platform that I use from Swagbucks.
I can't think of what I've done, so I'm really ticked off right now. I hate being accused of something I didn't do. Has this happened to anyone else? I submitted a rebuttal using their form, but I don't have high hopes for being reinstated, primarily because their accusation against me was completely bogus to begin with.

I Give Up You Win Swagbucks!!
After two years of swagging, they finally broke me. I loathe swagbucks, and I'm ready to throw in the towel. I just spent 30 minutes trying to get through a damn Ngage for a lousy 3 sbs in IE only to have it finally crash near the end. The only Ncrave I have is an awful 1SB slideshow which I hate with a passion.
I just don't understand why this service just seems determined to fight us at every corner from earning SBs. IT's really sad when you get excited for seeing a 2SB ncrave. The apps are total garbage. I never get through them all because they crash with "server unreachable" after every video. Even the search wins have gone down the tubes for me. It took me 4 days of random searching just to finally be awarded 8SB. I used to always get a win once a day.
It now takes me almost 3 months of swagging to earn a $25 giftcard. The only thing that they haven't screwed is the 10SB Play game. lol

Indian user here. Is there anything else that i am missing?
I made my sb account 6 months back, but returned to sb yesterday. The activities that i can do are daily poll(1sb) and search(1sb earned a few minutes back). I have snagged an entry to the cheapest swagstakes but i am quite sure i wont win. I also try out surveys but i have never been qualified for any survey. Some types(i think peanut surveys) of surveys reward 1 sb if you dont get qualified, but thats pretty much all i can do on sb. The videos dont work. Is there anything else that i am missing, or are these the only options available for indian users?

Problems with content carousel and ngage any suggestions
Whenever I seem to have a problem on swagbucks and do a search this website comes up so I joined and thought I might ask for your help. For the past few weeks, I have been using the content carousel which gives you 1sb. The first email I received which is how i found out about it said you could earn up to 100 sb. I have only ever earned 15 max in one day. Two days go, I did it six times and then I got an error message, but then it completely disappeared off of my discover board and it has not reappeared since and it has been several days. When I copy and paste the link for it, it does not credit and it does not when I click on it in my sb inbox.
But my ngage especially the 3 sb one and sometimes the others disappears and reappears at will. Sometimes clearing the browser history works and sometimes I have to reset the browser to factory conditions and sometimes I have to delete and reinstall, it. But sometimes I do nothing and it reappears and sometimes nothing works. I have never earned more than 21 SBs from ngage. But I thought both of these were odd problems.
If this is not where I should ask this, please let me know. And I would appreciate any suggestions. Thank you so much!

What's a safe maximum of SB to earn in a day with SBTV/nCrave?
For people who are mostly earning from the TV apps & watch playlists/nCrave, how much are you earning each day and how long have you been doing it?
I'm at my desk for around 14 hours each day on most days because I work from home doing technical support using VOIP.
Almost all the SB I earn is from the SBTV apps & having the SB watch/playlists and nCrave playing all day (I don't use the chrome app thing that has that bar that fills up because it causes my browser to lag).
I've just started doing this a few days ago, on my best day I earned 400 SB (got lucky with 40SB from a search) but on average I stop at around 250 - 300.
I've heard stories about people getting banned for using SBTV too much so I'm worried about this which leads me to wonder whether anyone else is doing this too and for how long without being banned?
I've read the ToS and it doesn't mention anything about playing too many videos so I don't think I'm doing anything wrong but the concern is still there because of other people apparently being banned for it.
Sorry for the long wall of text, I'm just concerned with whether I'm playing too many videos. If I can continue to manage 300SB a day like this, I could end up with around £40 - £50 monthly which to me is a pretty big bonus.

I just started using swagbucks last saterday....between clicking around and doing the apps on my phone I made about 160 swag bucks a day and it took quite a bit of effort. I redeemed for a $5 gift card and got it, was surprised that they actually do give you the gift card. I was about a 180 away from another $5 card and I go to log in and it says my account was deactivated. Is this place some type of scam that gets you close to a giftcard and closes your account? Hi, first of all I want to thank you in advance for reading this and answering. I want to say that I have read the beginner guide in the sidebar but that still left many questions unanswered.
- 1: The first question is the most important one as it will decide whether this will work for me or not. Does Swagbucks work internationally? I don't live in the US anymore since my family moved, but it would help a lot if I knew that it worked outside of the US.
- 2: Do I need a Paypal account or can I use Qiwi, because as far as I know Paypal doesn't work in my country but I can use Qiwi. But if I do need a Paypal account then is there a way to exchange money from Paypal to Qiwi?
- 3: Is it gonna pay me in gift cards only? Because the thing I'm looking to buy cannot be bought with gift cards. Or does it deposit money into my account?
- 4: Look, I'll be honest here, my goal is to make at least $1200. Is that a realistic target or should I just forget about it?

A lot of survey errors today
Ok, it started off good, I had a over half may second daily of 350 pretty quickly, but then ended up with 4 surveys end without SB.
I was worried about submitting too many requests in one day so I just put in tickets for 2 of them. I don't get errors every day but never mor ethen one a day.
I ended up getting my second daily, and was planning on doing more surveys but I think I'll take the rest of the day off, maybe some Ncrave when it's working.
I'm thinking about cashing in my SB. I do like to bank in case there is a good sale, and have almost $200 bucks. I was planning on a $50 GC but wondering in SB is getting going down the toilet.
Anyone else having bad luck today?

nCrave that requires an email
I stumbled upon an nCrave this morning that required me to put in an email address before it would play a video. Has anyone else had this happen? It was a 2-point nCrave titled "TV Shows" and the picture is of a man and woman smiling. It's one of those nCraves with three videos where you have to scroll down and click play on each video. It doesn't happen until you get to the last video, OF COURSE! And the video that this happens on is Nikki Glasser-Not Safe. You can't even put a fake email address in because it makes you verify your email. Funny, I will give out my email for most anything on this site, but not on nCrave. LOL
On another noted, am I the only one who is grossed out by the Nikki Glasser videos? Honestly, I have no idea what is going on because I have my sound on mute, but there was a video on the other day and it looked like a woman was putting her fingers in the "private parts" of a female dog. GROSS!!! who would think that was funny?

1099?
I've been doing Swagbucks for years but have never earned over $600 in a year. It looks like I could hit that much this year though. Does anyone know if SB issues 1099 forms? It seems like I've seen on FB that they don't. I'm not really hot about giving my SS number out to a company that is vulnerable to online hacks.

Answer > Tasks > Available jobs, sort by rating. Title is "Short Survey to Rate Anti-Smokers" for 30 SB, takes about 5 minutes to complete. The downside is that you have to be at Level 3 with Crowdflower in order to take it, and Crowdflower only updates its levels/badges once every 24 hours.

Game of War - Fire Age for iPhone - 150 SB
Did anyone do this and reach level 5 and not receive their Swagbucks? I sent in a ticket 3 days ago since I am at level 6 and have yet to receive credit. At the bottom with the * it says it may take up to 30 minutes to credit once reaching level 5.

Is it possible that SwagBucks (or affiliated sites) gave away my information?
I started doing SwagBucks about mid 2015. However, as a naive college student, I entered my real information, because I didn't want to bother other people by accidentally putting their information. I stopped swagging around January of this year. However, in the last 24 hours, I have received calls from 3 different insurance agencies saying that I requested an auto insurance quote. The thing is, I don't even own a car. One of the agents that I talked to said that they received their information from a company called Underground Elephant, which, as far as I can tell, seems legit. Is there any possible way Underground Elephant could have gotten my information from one of the external Swag links? Any help would be appreciated.

Accounts are being deactivated -- maybe a glitch?
My account has been deactivated -- and I'm at a total loss as to why, so I went to the the Facebook wall and it seems to be happening to a whole bunch of people all of a sudden and none of us have a clue as to what we've done. It will be interesting to see how this plays out!

Question about the mascara product test

3 days in, I have complied on my questions into one list.
I have a few questions that I have tried my best to figure out myself. Some of them might be pretty dumb actually. I'm sorry if they are, I'm just trying to work it all out.
1)How do I explain it to my fiancé? I am a full time student, plus I'm pregnant and can't work, and want to be able to contribute what little I can while I'm studying. It seems like a scam to him. He doesn't understand how I am getting paid to listen to The Dropkick Murphey's-my favorite band- while I'm studying even if I am only getting one cent. How do I explain why I'm getting paid and what my "job" entails?
2)Dumb question- I still don't understand nCrave. I have followed the link from my to-do list, but I don't get it. Do you only get points from the one visit? What do you do and how does one navigate it?
3)I thought you got points for using the search function? I haven't gotten any.
4)How do you get points from discover without spending money?
5)Is there a way to know if a survey is a scam or just trying to get you to sign up for something. I took a "Survey" that said I would get up to 75 points that turned out to be coupons and I didn't get any points for the quiz. I feel cheated but I want to know if that is a normal occurrence and how do I best avoid it in the future?
6) Is there a survey company you refuse to take a quiz from? Why?
7)Will I get caught if I use one account on one device at one location (EG: My laptop at school, with one account) and another device with a different account in a different location (EG: My tablet at home with a different account)?
8) Is it worth investing in a cheap tracfone for the apps? My phone doesn't have room for apps. I'm wondering if investing in a cheap phone just to download the swagbucks app is worth it? (Say a cheap $10-15 phone from Wal-mart)?
9) I get disqualified for the majority of surveys that I take. Is that normal? I probably only qualify for one or two a day and that seems to be lucky.

Does Swagbucks know if you don't complete all 10 questions on T/F quizzes that pay out 2 SB?
I'm sure you have all seen these things all over the most popular ways to earn page. I noticed that they always credit instantly, but the text of the offer often says that you must complete half/all of the questions to earn the 2 SB. Is there any way for Swagbucks to know whether you complete the offer? Will not completing it put red flags on your account, or do they just put that text there hoping that people actually will take the quiz after clicking the link?

A little payback for not qualifying
A few weeks ago, I took a long, 40 minute Peanut Labs survey for a retail store. It was one of the dumbest surveys I’ve ever taken, asking me to attribute human characteristics to the retail chain. It was clear that the chain involved was concerned about the image they conveyed to the public.
Naturally, after I’d finished this survey, Peanut Labs told me I’d been screened out. I complained, both to Peanut Labs and Swagbucks. Peanut Labs sent me a form letter back saying basically that sometimes they have to ask 40 minutes worth of qualifying questions to make sure they have the right fit. Swagbucks, for the first and only time I’ve ever had it happen, backed them up and I was out 40 minutes of my life along with a measly 46 swagbucks.
I figured that if it was THAT important to the retail chain to put together than long of a survey, they were probably very concerned about their image. I wrote to the chain telling them that the company they had contracted to administer the survey had cheated me out of the equivalent of 46 cents. I also mentioned that I was probably not the only one, and that this reflected poorly on them as a retail company for making such a poor decision in who to hire to conduct such a survey.
This afternoon, I received a phone call from a Vice President in the retail firm. We talked for quite a while and I related the story to him. He apologized for the inconvenience and thanked me for the time I took to bring it to his attention. He assured me that they will do a better job in the future when they choose a company to conduct surveys. Then he asked if a $50 gift card to their store would help compensate me for the inconvenience I had gone through.
The gift card was sent not more than five minutes later. When I printed it out, it was for $75. A note attached said that he had enjoyed talking with me and if this didn’t cover the entire cost of what I wanted to purchase, just let him know.
Maybe next time Peanut Labs will think twice about their automated response and saving 46 cents.
