So I'm pretty new to SB and I'm getting the hang of it..BUT I have noticed that a lot of the time I am kicked out of surveys after they hit max capacity..by this time I've already hit the start button and presumably should be in right? I sometimes am already in the answering process when the next question will load only to go back to the Gold Survey Page. It will show that red bar with that "you've hit max capacity limit" and I don't even get any SB for time spent.
If I am already in the answering process..or have already began the survey by pressing start and answering the preliminary questions why am I getting kicked out? I've noticed this quite a bit.
Any advice on how to avoid this? It's super frustrating.
