Found this one under Discover: All Offers, looks like it was bumped up from 10 SB to 35 SB. Description just says do a search but that didn't work. The disclaimer clarifies saying you have to sign up.
So I followed the offer to the site, did a search, then in the top right went to Login and signed up with my SB email. Hope this works for the rest of you.
