Click the button to open GSN and play, main thing to note from the rules in the link above "Allow 5-10 buisness days for SB to award" and it closes on the 22nd so don't get mad when you don't get your 100SB right away. Also yes this can be done for free if it's your first visit cause you get a X bonus just for logging in, that's the way I did it. Also seems I qualified for a 1500SB for winning 1500 tokens at the same time which will probably take the same amount of time to pay out, SWEET!
EDIT: uh-oh now my rewards page isn't showing the 1500 SB for 1500 tokens, that may have closed today or something. Maybe I accidentally hid it earlier, guess I'll find out later this week when I get my 100 lol.
EDIT2: You can also get bonus tokens for confirming your email if you want to increase your chances.
