Completed a whole survey and then was told it was closed to maximum capacity?

I just completed an entire survey for about 10 minutes and went through the final classification questions and then got a message that the survey had reached capacity. Can I contact SB about this? I realize there might not be anything I can do if it's a capacity issue.
