So today I called the walmart that refused my ecards. Both the CSMs I spoke to on the phone confirmed that yes, I can in fact use these cards - one even said "yes of course, thats how the savings catcher app works". They seem honestly surprised that I had such an issue, and repeatedly called it a "miscommunication"
At any rate, I told her that despite all that, every single time I have used them the casheir doesnt have a clue how to do it, and she told me that if I want, I can bring them to customer service and they can be transferred to a plastic gift card. So just to avoid the BS, this is what I plan to do.
- Sorry to anyone whos sick of hearing about this whole thing lol. But it seems its been an issue for many of us.
