Just finished up a 38 minute survey for 200sb... no sb. I'm really not worried about that part, because in almost all cases I've had SB respond and adjust my balance accordingly. This one stings pretty bad given the timing. I'm about 150 short of my total goal today, which the bonus would be 102sb. This would've sent me way past that. I've submitted a ticket and I'm pretty sure I'll get the 200sb, but it sucks that because the system didn't work properly , I'll lose out on the bonus.
Anybody ever had something similar happen?
