I check all the rules and terms and vpn/proxy use is not mentioned, however, I use swag while under my VPN for work as a side piece and did get a compliance email that mentioned nothing of what I may need to do.
I sent a reply which was to set up a support message for Compliance issues and I attached my driver's license to it and wrote that I didn't know what the email was for after processing ordering paypal and that this was my ID to show I am from USA.
After a day, they said they approve my order and some time later my paypal is shipped.
Does this mean swag doesn't care for VPN as long as you're still in the same country? If I missed where the terms mentions VPN use can I shown the paragraph?
Oh and I did from the beginning ask about VPN issues when I started to swag but they never got back. It makes sense that VPN is okay if you're not trying lie about what country you're in as I am still in the same country, address is correct and I sleep with my right hand over my heart.
