Using Wal-Mart eGift Card as payment for Physical Gift Cards? Anyone has experience with this?

I like having physical gift cards instead of printed egift cards and I was wondering if anyone else has done this. Using a code to buy a physical gift card from Walmart's website. They have free shipping so I wouldn't be losing money.

Edit: Looks like egift cards are a payment option.
