Support ticket...screenshots

I have a submitted 2 support tickets for the Audible offer which has failed to credit the 17000 for keeping the membership past 2 months. Each time I send a screen shot showing the account activity and that the membership has been in place for more than 2 months. Immediately I get an auto response wanting a screenshot of this info even though I provided it in the initial request. What do I need to do that I am not doing? The only problem I can see is that the file is a png not jpeg? Thanks.
