Do you have to complete total goal for weekly streaks?

Today is the first day I am not gonna be able to meet total goal. I didn't have time to be on a lot and I just reached the base goal of like 79 and now the total goal is over a whopping 400sb! Though I have been able to make 500-700sb some days easily this is not one of those. I really want to hit every weekly streak and the next one is for 14 days. Will I still reach it hitting the base goal or do I need the total goal for that? thanks
