The offer card includes a photo of the Taj Mahal (I believe). Fill out a form with a valid email address then confirm the email sent to you. This credited for me after a minute or two.
Be warned that offer spawned a pop-under box which was almost impossible to keep closed long enough to fill out the form. It almost wasn't worth the effort, but at least it credited.
