Anyone who signed up for the 500 follow-up Gold Survey for the eLeague viewing having problems even starting the survey?

I'm referring to the one that gave 25 SB for the initial survey, then 500 for the follow-up. Once I click the option stating I'm ready to take the survey, the page just goes blank and doesn't load at all. I've tried redoing the survey on 3 different browsers, and the same thing happens. I don't think I am doing anything wrong here on my end, so I am just wondering if anyone else is going through the same thing. Thanks.
