Swagbucks Support Woes

I have been doing Swagbucks for about a year and never had a major issue until now. Today, I was supposed to be part of an online chat for 2500 SB. Swagbucks sent me a link through my inbox that was supposed to take me to the chat. Instead, it redirected me back to the homepage. I put in a ticket explaining what happened and got an auto reply telling me how they can't find completion and can't credit me. I wasn't asking for completion, just a working link. How is this acceptable?
