Helping sister to sign up .

How do you cancel or unsuscribe from Swagbucks ? I do not see anywhere on their website with directions to do so? Do you have to email a ticket for them to unsuscribe you? The reason I am asking is because my sister wanted to sign up for Swagbucks . She needed my help so I signed her up at my location using my IP address. She is not a member of my household and was only here a few days. She said she would cancel her account if it was going to cause my account to be canceled if what we did was breaking TOS rules. Any help and input with this matter would be appreciated. Thanks
