Missing Swago credit?

I've completed all of the requirements for this month's Swago board, but the system refuses to credit me for completed Gold surveys via the mobile app. I've emailed support a few times, complete with screenshots, but I haven't gotten resolution or even a response. Has anyone else encountered this?
