I signed up for a free trial for both, was able to cancel my evoice today, however, I had to submit a BBB claim for the efax trial because they charged me $27.95!! After cancelling the evoice account, my efax account still is up, yet anytime I click contact live chat, they state that my account is no longer active. They most likely will give me a refund since I filed a BBB complaint;however, it's not worth it guys! Yikes! Also, there should be a list for free trials to omit on SB on here, right? That would make people more at ease.
