Found the offer in Discover -> Most Recent Offers -> "Spring Quiz" . It should also be in Offer Toro, as credited in my ledger.
These are the correct answers:
- "Match 20th" (they misspelled March lol)
- "True"
- "12 Hours"
- "New plants and flowers are blooming"
- "June 21st"
This credited immediately after completion. I hope this works for those who do it, but will also note that a similar quiz offer (NCAA March Madness) from a few weeks ago did not work for me. To maximize chance of success, remember to turn off ad blockers and clear cookies+cache before starting.
