So I checked and haven't seen this mentioned. I did this offer back when it was only 105 SB, and it worked like a charm.
You answer a few IQ type questions then sign up for free trial w/ cc. A prepaid/virtual worked for me, but only the 2nd one I tried so maybe make sure there's enough on it that would cover the subscription (19.99 iirc)
I got credit right away, and cancelling was very easy, just go to your account settings & cancel.
