The Customer Support system is getting deeply frustrating.

Sorry in advance if this has already been addressed in its own post.

I always screenshot when I take surveys just in case they don't credit. The past 2 weeks I've sent in about 2-4 original tickets (not counting the followup ones addressing the bot reply) with pertinent screenshots attached. I get a canned reply email a few seconds later saying I need to attach a screenshot.

After getting the same reply with a 150 SB survey today I got frustrated and messaged the Facebook page. I only talked about the screenshot error and customer support not answering me, with no mention about it being a survey issue. Swagbucks replied back in the minute with a copy-paste job about surveys.

This is really irksome and I know posting here doesn't do much but I can't seem to reach them anyway. Maybe people with the same issue commenting about their experience could get a response?
