I don't know if you guys noticed, but in addition to nerfing the SBTV app, they also added (without notice) one extra video for the rest of the apps.
They are now 15 videos for 2 SB. I checked it just now.
I first noticed it last week and was surprised no one here mentioned it. I believe the SBTV is still at the 7 videos for 2SB, but I haven't checked it.
Surveys: It used to be (about a month ago) they made a really nice "submit request" form where you stated in one box the "Survey topic." Along with other boxes, such as survey ID number, survey amount, etc.
As of a few days ago, they have removed the box of "Survey Topic." Thus, when you submit everything, you get the "Automated Response" in your EMAIL (not your SB inbox--your actual email), which will promptly tell you to submit an image and tell them the survey topic.
Essentially, it's a DOUBLE submission for the ONE complaint. What sucks even more, is that they insist on you sending them an image of the survey--even though you may have already submitted the image in the original ticket request.
I'm not going to ponder what the hell is going on with them or why--we would be speculating all night.
Needless to say, I've submitted a few tickets in the past week, and have yet to get any response from a person. My tickets have been resolved in the past relatively quickly, within one to three days.
I've seen so many changes from this website in the last 5 years--and I think I might actually be done this time.
