I messaged Valerie but got a "this is a compliance issue" message. Have tickets out for both but just getting standard copy and paste blaming it on Urthbox. The funny thing is, I had contacted Valerie to tell her that Swagbucks customer service had over credited me on three separate occasions to the tune of 2720 Swagbucks. It didn't take any time at all for her to take those out of my account, although, to be fair, she did let me have 200 Swagbucks as a courtesy. I just find it interesting that you can be honest with them, but they still think either a. you are trying to cheat them, or b. they don't have to be honest with you. Anyhow, hoping someone found something that worked!
