Tips for high survey acceptance rate.
Hello I've been trying to get into Swagbucks ever since I heard about it. However I've been having trouble actually benefiting from it ar all. I rarely ever qualify for surveys. As soon as I put my age and gender I get disqualified and if I'm not getting surveys because of this then there isn't anything I can change. There's also the problem of the surveys reaching maximum capacity and this happens even in the morning and late at night.
In the rare occurrence that I actually qualify, then there's the problem with loading the surveys. I get maybe 10-13 questions into a 40 minute survey and the next question won't load. I could have great service then it just doesn't load. and when I refresh the app it takes me back to the main survey page and the survey I was taking disappeared.
I also have a problem with the videos loading and not getting credit for videos I have watched.

slow decline in SB
I realize someone may post about this every week; however personally I have noticed a more challenging time getting my average SB each day. I am not seeing any new offers, just the same old ones that mostly do not credit. I am also being DQ'd more frequently from surveys, when weeks ago I was still counting on theses. Finally, I am lucky if nCraves show up regularly for me. This is me just venting, but I do hope I see a post here soon with one of those glorious SB offers!

Swagbucks and VPN
Hello I have seen other posts about swagbucks and vpn's but they didn't answer what I need to know so that's why I'm posting here:
My question is if I activate a vpn on one of my mobile phones that I do NOT use for swagbucks at all would that affect the device that I use for swagbucks? I would like to be able to earn more points for running the vpn for my device with MI but I don't want it to affect my earnings or get banned from Swagbucks. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Change language from German to English
As the title says, can anyone help me? I can't figure out where to change the language to English. FAQ is in English for some weird reason but everything else is in German.
For reference, I don't speak German nor do I live in German. I live in Ireland so I'm not sure what's causing this.

Daily Goal Payout
Back in January I had two days where I achieved the Daily Goal. I bought some hotel rooms and earned over 1000 points on two days, easily achieving my Daily Goal. I clicked on "My Swagbucks" but can't seem to find proof that I got my Daily Bonus. Are SB earned from shopping excluded? Why won't some videos on 'Watch' load?
The videos on some playlists I have to manually click through to get the SB points.
I only watch one video at a time so it's not because of multiple videos at the same time.
This started happening a couple of days ago have anyone had or having this problem?

I finally earned enough to get a gift card from Swagbucks, but I really would prefer not to give out my address online, so I've always put "Prefer Not To Say" in that field. Now I'm trying to get my reward and it wants me to confirm my address. If I leave it as is, will I still get my gift card

eBay gift cards coming up as invalid?
Has anyone else run into this problem? I recently ordered a $3.00 eBay gift card from the Swagbucks store and, like the store page said, I waited 3 hrs before trying to redeem it. I just now checked the card, and it isn't at all an eBay gift card. It doesn't have the eBay logo on it or anything, and the code isn't valid on the eBay website (It isn't even a 13-digit code like ebay's website says it should be!). Looks like Swagbucks is sending out fake eBay gift cards now >:(

Ncrave/Daily Crave not working with At&t U-verse
Ok so I haven't had ncraves for a few months and I keep getting an error message when I click on the daily crave. I wondered if maybe my switching to U-verse had something to do with it so I used my Verizon cell has a hotspot. Once I connected my computer that way the daily crave came back. I'm signed up to the discounted $70/mo Gigapower plan that allows At&t to serve ads based on my browsing habits so I guess that's interfering with my ncraves. Is anyone else having this problem?

I can't seem to get this offer to work and I've tried it on another site as well.
On Swag after I did the first offer it tells me to "Please click on the banner from the site you came from in order to complete this offer multiple times." So I close out the CC page and reopen it from the inbox but it still gives me that msg. This is an offer we should be able to do 100 times a day to get 1 sb each time and if it worked it would be amazing.

Swagbucks based on fiscal year or calendar year for taxes?
Hey guys, got a couple questions here, would appreciate help since I've been finding conflicting answers using the search function on this site:
1) Is the total you earned from gift cards based on a calendar year, or fiscal year?
2) Does Swagbucks send you a 1099 form if you earned $600+ from Swagbucks, or if you earned $600+ from a survey company (i.e. Peanut Labs) in Swagbucks?
My parents claim me as a dependent, and I've earned around $200 in 2015, and around $200 so far in 2016 (hence the fiscal year vs calendar year question).
All help is appreciated, thank you!

Stuck in Mobile Layout
I am unable to view the desktop mode in Swagbucks from my desktop. Anyone else experiencing this?

Is there a way to tell how many SB you've made in a certain period of time?
Is there a way to find out how many SB you've made, gross, in a certain time frame? The ledger is useless. If I set the date range from March 1 until March 24, it says 1,933 SB. Yet if I expand it from January 1 until today, it's even less: 944 SB. Sometimes it even shows a negative number.
I'd just like to keep tabs on how much I make in any given month, including that which was redeemed already.

Another Watch Nerf
Looks like they went through the Watch lists again and nerfed everything some more. They've added videos to just about all the short lists. I can't find a single 3 video list anymore when there were at least 10 yesterday. They've also changed all the 4 video lists that I use to watch to 5 video lists......Sigh.....

nGage limit?
Both yesterday and today, I've only received credit for 2 rounds of nGage. I never got an indicator that i'd reached a limit, only saw that after round 3 or 4, that I hadn't received any SB. Is this normal? Or should I contact support?

"Watch" playlist problems
This isn't about the usual trouble with videos not registering as watched for credit. I know how to fix that.
What happens is I'll select a playlist, but as it's playing, some videos are not showing up at all, though the timer runs over the black screen and generally marks the video as watched; other times, the playlist starts playing with video showing, then gets stuck several seconds into a video and won't play even for page refreshes, pauses, or anything else. I can usually hit the next video in line and it will continue, but there are a couple of playlists that I've just given up on. I've cleared the browser cache on two computers, have switched between Firefox and Chrome, and nothing seems to be fixing it. It's not every single playlist, but it's enough that it's been a real bear to get SB through the Watch tab today. Has anyone run into this before, and if so, is there a way of fixing it on my end?

nCrave/nGage/BOTW gone - just me?
Last night I hit SB for an hour @ reset/midnight.
I went to sleep with an nCrave running still. Woke up this morning, and now nCrave isn't working (sometimes displaying the aqua-texted error message, sometimes not), neither is nGage or BOTW (click it, get 'Whoops! Not available" error).

Do all gold surveys count for the Swago board?
I completed a short gold survey from my phone yesterday and it didn't credit on the board. Today I completed a medium sized gold survey on my desk top. That box didn't fill in either. Is there a delay before they fill in? Or do only some of the surveys count? I think if those two end up being counted, I could complete the outside ring worth 50 SBs, so it would be worth it to me to contact them if it's just a mistake, but I want to be sure they should have counted.

Recently I've been getting credits I wasn't expecting. For the most part I can tie back to a survey which I did participate in but the credit never went through but my records are incomplete (sometimes I forget to record the numbers of non credits some don't come with numbers) so I'm stuck with one I can't account for. Is there a way to check the topic of a survey you've been credited for ?
Side note: I tend to leave the credits in my account till they're accounted for. If I can't account for them I guess I'll contact customer support.

I'm not saying to not use the offer, I'm just saying be careful. A couple months ago, I canceled my Amazon Prime account because I thought I wouldn't get Amazon student prime since I graduated. Winning Streaks
I'm still relatively new to Swagbucks - I've been doing it for about 2.5 months now. For my first full month (February), I was able to hit the Monthly Master winning streak, and was aiming to do so again this month.
Today is March 21st, which should mean that today is the day to earn the 21 Day Triumph streak. I've been careful and watchful, and believed I'd hit or surpassed my daily goal every single day this month so far - but after hitting my daily goal today, my 21 Day Triumph badge didn't turn blue!
All I can think is that I somehow missed my daily goal by a mere 1 or 2 SB on one of the days, unless I'm calculating things wrong. Is there any way of seeing how many SBs were earned on a specific day, like a daily breakdown, compared to what my daily goal numbers were? Or is there some kind of calendar/list that shows which days the daily goal was met?
Or do I need to just shrug, let it go, and be even more vigilant of my daily goals next month?
ETA: I figured it out myself! For anyone else who doesn't know this yet: the date is listed on the right of the little dialogue box that drops down and lists your daily goal progress. Click that and it gives you a calendar with your progress each day! Exactly what I was hoping for. I checked and discovered that yes, I did indeed hit my daily goal every day like I'd thought. Phew! So does that mean the Monthly Streak badges just don't update right away and take some time?
Sorry for the fairly pointless post, everyone. But I figure I'll leave it up in case anyone can clarify when the Monthly Streak badges update/turn blue. And to help anyone else who didn't know about the little calendar that tracks your daily progress!

Heads Up on "Watch"
The Watch section has many errors at the moment.
Many of the video sections don't have the amount of videos you need for credit.
For example: One sections says "Watch 10 videos for 2SB," but it only has 9 videos. So you can't get credit.
Hopefully they'll fix it, but for now, stick with the smaller sections (3 or 4 videos). Those seem to have all the videos.

All you have to do is clip and print as normal, but when you get to the printer selection screen, just change the printer option to "Save as PDF". This allows you to "print" to your desktop as a .pdf file. You still get credit for printing and you can override the same saved .pdf file everyday to make it even easier.
Of course you won't get points for redemption, but if you are just after quick and easy points, you can't find an easier points per effort offer than the various printable coupon offers.

I periodically try "app of the day" for Android when I am desparate for swagbucks. The apps are always unique, ones I have never tried before, but I never seem to get credit for them, even playing the games or using the apps. Any tips? Similar experience?

I'm having trouble with OfferToro not crediting after some of the "Search Your Interests" or view slideshow offers. I currently have about 40 outstanding uncredited SB from them, with the status showing as clicked rather than completed. Two of the searches did register as complete, though I did nothing differently. Is there a trick to this that I'm missing? I took a bunch of screenshots at the end of each offer so that I can submit tickets tomorrow if necessary.

Driving me crazy
My NGage's keep resetting. probably 2/3 of my NGage I will get to 10/13 or 12/13 and it resets back to the start earning button. DOes this happen to anyone else or am I doing something wrong? I could understand it timing out if I wasn't paying attention to it but I am right here, may be in another tab for a minute but they are not sitting for long.

Watch question
From the homepage, I go to "Watch," choose a square of videos. Say it is watch 4 for 1 SB. Okay, I start watching, it gets through one of the 4, then the second one is just stuck. I refresh and it may or may not play. Can I just click the next one? Is that okay? I've read on here where it says something like "if you push through (or power through) this will take X amount of minutes." Well, mine always take way more than that. Am I doing something wrong? What does it mean to "push through?" (I've been around since October, but just now started using the Watch page.)

Can't register?
Hi, I just found out about SB and I tried registering and I get an "oops" error page. Then I tried again and it says there's already an acct linked to that email address. Then I tried logging in with it and it says my acct has been deactivated.. uh what?

Android Phone Having Problems with Apps
Every few videos on my phone, the screen seems to turn off, but I can tell it is actually still on. I usually just hit the back arrow to get back and restart my videos, but having to do this every few videos is quite annoying.
I searched around on here and found suggestions like changing the settings on the proximity sensor, clearing the ram.
It is a Samsung Galaxy S 3, does anybody have any suggestions, or am I stuck hitting the buttons every few minutes?

Anyone have any luck getting your Swagbucks returned for the Urthbox and Feeding America offers?
I messaged Valerie but got a "this is a compliance issue" message. Have tickets out for both but just getting standard copy and paste blaming it on Urthbox. The funny thing is, I had contacted Valerie to tell her that Swagbucks customer service had over credited me on three separate occasions to the tune of 2720 Swagbucks. It didn't take any time at all for her to take those out of my account, although, to be fair, she did let me have 200 Swagbucks as a courtesy. I just find it interesting that you can be honest with them, but they still think either a. you are trying to cheat them, or b. they don't have to be honest with you. Disqualified because I didn't like ad?
I just did a survey, don't remember the number, but it was 7 min for 50 sb. I got to the end and had to do a captcha to complete the survey. Now usually, I'm pretty indifferent about the advertisement surveys and say I like what I see. This time I was just curious to see what it would do if I said I didn't like it, since I had already met my goal for the day and it was only 7 minutes. After I had said I liked one ad, but didn't like the other by answering the questions given. Finished the survey, did the captcha, got the "thank you for finishing the survey, we'll direct you to the homepage" and as soon as it redirected me I got a red banner saying I didn't qualify for the survey after all.
Like I said, it was only 7 minutes and I had already met my goal, but has anyone else experienced this? I figured they wanted honest opinions, but that'll be the last time I give a negative one!

Shockwave Flash constantly crashing when doing WATCH (and other SB activities)
Anyone else having this problem? It takes forever to complete a series of videos for sb because I keep getting a message that Shockwave Flash has stopped working and it freezes the screen until it (Shockwave) reloads itself. I'm using Chrome. I've tried all the solutions I've read about online and nothing has resolved this.
Anyone found a successful solution? Much of Swagbucks won't play smoothly w/o Flashplayer.

nCraves have been... interesting.
I know some people don't even have nCraves, so I don't mean to rub it in at all... But for those of you who do, have you noticed that you really have to pay attention to how they run? For the past few days I've been running the Celebrities one (lady in a theater) for 4 SBs. It's been rather fast. And then sometimes trading off with the two heads Life one, which has more videos. Today, both are "downgraded" to 3SBs but the number of videos went up for Celebrities and down for Life. It's like it's a game to them or something!! (I know that it is not... but sometimes it really feels like it is!!)

app ip limit question
does the mobile app ip limits refer to both normal rounds and bonus rounds combined or just from normal rounds? my sbtv mobile app is over the ip limit just from bonus rounds. id think that it would automatically stop if that were the case. was i supposed to shut off the app once it reached the ip limit? pita if i have to keep looking at the ledger to keep track .

Which nCrave Categories Needs to be the Active Window?
I've found that many of the auto-run nCraves need to be THE active window when you have multiple windows open. (The cursor needs to be on/over the window)...
Does anybody know if there is a list of those categories before I click on those categories?
I do know Performance and Sports are at least 2 of them...

Bernie Sanders Pausing Desktop Watch?
I'm doing the Religious Places Worldwide playlist on desktop Watch section, and I'm getting Sanders ads that are paused at their beginning when I go over to check the playlist progress. Haven't yet had the Feeding America offer taken off my account as I did not have enough
Hi,
My wife too had the Feeding America offer's 2500 sb taken from her account like many of you, but I haven't faced this - although we both cancelled the subscription immediately after the SBs credited.
This might be due to the fact that she still had more than 2500 SB lying in her account whereas I had only about a 100 our so, having redeemed them a few days back.
Does anyone know if swagbucks might take them away from me once I have earned enough? Are there any precedents for stuff like this based on which I can make my best guess?
I'm asking because I'd rather not continue with the same account if this is going to happen or I might just keep redeeming them in 1000 sb increments.
Any thoughts? Thanks.

I got an offer for this and they sent me a bottle of ranch and I finally got the follow up survey come up on the 9th but in the middle of it, it just ended kind of out of nowhere and I did not get credit. Anyone else see a 250SB survey on "luxury"
I just spent a half hour taking a survey on "luxury" items/services. This survey was intended for people who make >$300,000/yr.
This is about the most stupid/ridiculous thing I've ever seen on SB. If someone is making $300,000/yr, they aren't pissing their time away for pennies on SB.

Another Issue with the Phone Apps I have noticed
Last night on moviecli.ps I noticed that the countdown had gotten stuck. It was playing videos and ads over and over but the countdown kept saying 12 more videos to go. I had to back out of it and restart and then the countdown started working again.
I thought this was a one time blip.. but now I just had the same thing happen on Lifestylez. Had to backout and restart.
So make sure to check your phones. They may look like they are busy but really are just looping on a number.

This is getting old - anyone have their 2500 Swagbucks for the "Feeding America" offer revoked? Or is it just me?
So once again, my Swagbucks have been revoked for an offer I completed according to the directions and in good faith. I did not get my original $15 donation refunded, I simply canceled the recurring charges. I have sent a ticket in but don't have much hope of getting a response other than "sorry, can't help you." I used to really like Swagbucks, but getting 3800 Swagbucks revoked for offers I completed and paid for over the last couple days has made me ready to give up the whole thing.

Received 2000 SB for an offer I cancelled. What should I do?
I logged on yesterday and discovered I was credited 2000sb for the "mayo clinic diet offer". I did the trial and cancelled...I checked my emails and yep, cancelled in Jan. However I cancelled a day late so I was charged (and then refunded).

nCrave surprise
Well, nCrave seems to be back consistently for me now, which is cool. Something I noticed for the first time today.. I went through all the auto-plays (multiple times -edit) with Microsoft Edge until they ran out. Went back in with Firefox, and have been able to run them all again. Don't know if it's a one-off or will happen consistently. Worth checking out.

collector's bills?
Have people been getting them the last few days? I picked up two immediately when it started, and got a third a couple of days later. Since then, I just get regular search wins. It's been a while since I've gotten a bill. I never got the two biggest ones so I was just wondering if anyone else has had success. Value of the lower bills: 6, 12, 16, so you can see I haven't been getting them.

Has anyone been able to do the apps without constant babysitting lately? [Android]
It's getting kind of annoying that I can't get through these videos for a measly 10SB without the apps constantly hanging, blacking out, and causing my phone to go into sleep mode.
I've tried reinstalling, clearing the cache, and everything. I haven't really been able to do apps since the beginning of February because of how buggy they are for me. Does anyone else have it this bad?

It seems to me that to order things you're really not interested in subscribing to is very labor intensive in the long run-and that's even if it all were to work out as far as 'unsubscribing' in time goes. I took the Amora Coffee offer a while back and found it to be lower quality and 3X more expensive than the gourmet coffee in the grocery store. The price was hidden until the order came.I see similar complaints about other such offers, although there have been some good ones--Spotify is very worth the subscription price, for instance. Anyway, what I'm saying is that I know that for some, SB is an important supplement to their income-more than just a fun diversion, yet in trying to take advantage of some of these company offers, you risk being scammed. Please slowly and carefully read the offer and do research on the internet broadly--I use Google. Name the product in the search and include the term 'reviews'. I'm sorry. I sound like my mother now. Just don't want vulnerable people getting stuck.
