Would buying a 30 dollar android phone to run the Swagbucks app on be a good investment?

I really don't want to get the swagbucks apps on my main phone and am thinking of ordering this phone to run the apps on. Would I be able to run them on such a barebones phone and if so, how long would it be before the bucks from the app cover the cost of the phone?
