Just thought I'd share this because I was very hesitant about submitting tickets due to things I read of various blogs about issues with the help center. (Legit complaints I'm sure.) I have had 2 shop and earns not show up in my pending ledger just this month. I submitted tickets for both of them after waiting the required 7 business days, and I was credited BOTH times within hours of sending the tickets! I know everyone has different experiences but I was very impressed with the courtesy of the response and efficiency of my ticket submissions.
