If there's one thing I've always had a good experience with, it was SB support. they've always been very helpful and gave me the credit I earned if I provided adequate proof. Since after the new year I've noticed that they now reply after much longer. They also have stopped replying the first time I send a request.
About a week ago I did the proactiv offer and i didn't see it as pending, so I was like whatever. This week, I've sent them a support ticket twice until now. No reply. What should I do now? It's a good 3,000 SB so I don't wanna just let it go.
