Found under Peanut Labs as 100 HM Gift Card Giveaway and actually credited 153SB! Didn't happen automatically, but I did click through some of the offers and then walked away for a bit.
EDIT 1- Skip through all the Health Care Surveys and at the end it just kinda freezes up on 2 questions. That's where I left it and got the SB
EDIT 2- Looks like multiple people are getting this credited quickly by submitting a report. I'd try this if you get stuck in the "endless loop" of surveys!
