Click on it. Once you're there, they will want to know your email address. Proceed to do so, I recommend using a secondary email just incase of spam. Now, it'll ask about your car. I put down 2016 Mazda CX-5, 26-35 years old, I need insurance, 0-3 months, ZipCode near me. After that, I was credited. Enjoy!
EDIT: Someone has posted about the same offer being on OfferToro for 136 SB! I had tried there too afterwards and it worked again! So if you would like 146 SB, follow the same procedure as above and once you get your 10 SB, go ahead and delete your cookies in your browser. Once you do so, sign back in, then go to Discover > OfferToro and scroll down until you find an offer for 136 SB, this'll most likely be the one. The title is No Sweat Auto Insurance and the thumbnail is of an Orange Muscle Car. Click on this offer, and you'll be at the same place again. Put in the exact same info as before EXCEPT for your email address. I don't know if this voids it, but I used another secondary email just incase. Once you have put in your zip code and clicked on a Plan, you should get 136 SB additionally for the same thing! Enjoy!
