So I just made a reddit account just to ask you guys this question, because this is where I usually go if I have any questions regarding Swagbucks (everyone here seems to know what they're talking about). Anyways, I recently did the Birchbox offer for 1500 Swagbucks. It stated that you have to sign up for the monthly subscription and actually pay the $10 for it, so that's what I did. Obviously, I know Swagbucks, especially when its a high amount like that, take some time to show up in your account but it was telling me that I never completed the offer and I only visited it. So I contacted TrialPay directly, because Swagbucks has you contact the company offering the promotion first and if they don't get back to you, then contact Swagbucks. So I filled out all of the information for Trial Pay correctly, including showing them the emails I received from Birchbox confirming the subscription and payment.
Today, I got an email from the TrailPay customer support this is what the email says (copy&pasted)
Thank you for using TrialPay and for taking the time to email us.
Lastly for Birchbox offer, if you could please provide us the payment method you used to complete this offer, I will be better able to assist.
I apologize for the delay you have experienced but look forward to resolving this matter for you as soon as possible.
Regards,
Ethan TrialPay Customer Support
I used my credit card to pay for the Birchbox subscription but I don't know if they want me to just tell them that or to actually give them my credit card information, which I don't feel comfortable with really. I'm not entirely sure what they need it for. Can anyone help me?! I don't want to get scammed in any way.
