just a heads up for everyone who sends in support tickets for surveys, offers, etc.... All my tickets were basically rejected saying they need a confirmation from the 3rd party to award my swagbucks. This is some BS since nGage wasnt paying and how are you supposed to verify that. Now the surveys were another issue with one over quota Dqing me at 75% and now thats no credit and the other completed and I had the screenshot and got DQ after the complete and that too wasnt credtited.
support is getting tougher on getting rewarded for those surveys that dont pay out.
